Privacy Policy

We store the problems you submit, associated with your organization and your account, to rank and surface them for your team.

AI sub-processors. Submissions are sent to AI model providers through the Vercel AI Gateway: Anthropic (Claude) classifies problem-vs-solution, and OpenAI computes text embeddings to cluster near-duplicate reports. Both process your text only to provide this service and do not use it to train their models. Problems and rejected submissions are retained for your organization until you delete them or the account is closed.

Employees whose friction is recorded have the usual data-subject rights (access, correction, deletion) under GDPR/CCPA — contact your organization admin or the address below.

Authentication and organization membership are handled by Clerk. Data is stored in Neon Postgres. We do not sell your data.

You can request deletion of your organization's data at any time during the preview by emailing [email protected].
